Sorry not a post about chili oil. I recently discovered a granola that I'm in love with. Ingredients are locally sourced, environmeallg sustainable, and the packaging is 💯 compostable! Even more amazing is that it's local to San Diego. I love supporting local, especially so if they are socially responsible.
I eat the same thing every morning, Greek yogurt/berries/granola and an iced cold brew (always iced). I like consistency and it allows me to dial in on my meals later on in the day. I really only have to plan for dinner since I meal prep my lunches. Decision fatigue is absolutely real. I don't want to have to think about what to eat in the morning. This frees up my mental space to make more important decisions as the day goes on.
