THE COOKIE THAT STARTED IT ALL …….
This beautiful melty, chocolatey, peanut butter centered cookie is my signature, however, do you know why?? YES! It’s the one that began this journey!
STORY TIME!! 📖
Growing up, my mother every year made holiday cookies for Christmas and gifted it to everyone in the family. Right around my teenage years, her motivation to bake grew dim, as I grew sad to see her stop this wonderful tradition.

So… I decided to take it upon myself to carry this tradition and every year I baked and gifted. I made all her pastries including her Russian Teacakes, classic choco chips, sugar cookies, brownies, and my favorite banana bread.

Her teacakes were her signature and everyone knew when they saw it, it was hers! Inspiration then took over me to find my signature! 💭

And then….the Peanut Butter Cup Cookie was born. 🧡🤎🧡
When I began this past spring, it was the love and support of others that encouraged me to create .. BUT, it was because of THIS delicious, soft, chewy, chocolatey, peanut butter packed cookie that made the people fall in love. It’s what made them smile! ☺️
My goal in life is to make others smile and to see them happy. When seeing people light up after taking one bite of my yummy cookies, I know in that exact moment that aaalll this hard work, determination, and perseverance was not for nothing. It is NEVER for nothing. It is WORTH IT. 🤍🤎🤍

As a child, this honestly was my least favorite cookie because every chance I gave it, left me dissatisfied due to its possible crumbly or dry texture. So instead, now, I created a recipe that is the complete opposite.
Chopping up the pieces allows each soft, chewy bite to be filled with peanut butter candy goodness, leaving your tastebuds craving more.
If you like/love my signature Peanut Butter Cup Cookie, I HIGHLY recommend trying this sweet thang. You WILL NOT regret it.

✨This cookie has been on the rise lately and it is thanks to all of YOU!!
Upon brainstorming my recipes, the one thing I made sure of was that there MUST be lots and LOTS of chocolate.🍫 However, in order to keep the cookie balanced with that amount of chocolate, I needed an ooey-gooey texture. And hence, I dubbed thee cookie, CHOCO-GOOEY CHUNK 🍫🤎😋
The name itself became the reason WHY people LOVE it oh so much and I couldn’t be more grateful! 😍

✨ Our first sale out on the beautiful, sandy beach in sunny San Diego was a SUCCESS! 😎 I SOLD OUT! 😱
I met so many more generous, happy, thoughtful, and kind people yesterday and completed my mission of puttin’ a smile on each of their faces. 🥰
I had so much fun setting up my displays and presentations and was so lucky to share my delicious signature cookie with everyone.
Continuing to do what I love everyday is what makes life that much better because I get to generate my own happiness and also get to surround myself with people who bring nothing but positivity and growth to the table. Without happiness, you have nothing. 🙌

✨Beginning this Sunday July 18th, there will be a new way to order and pick up your yummy cookies! ✨
✨ Here’s how it works… ✨
From Sunday through Wednesday you will have an “ordering window” to place your orders. Order placement cut-off time will be on that Wednesday at 10pm. Once I receive all orders by this day and time, they will be ready and available for pick-up Saturday from 7am-10pm. They must be picked up that day within that time frame, NO EXCEPTIONS!
✨How do I place my order? ✨
To place your order, please message Sarina’s Sweets through the Instagram page or the page during the ordering window.
This is how it will be from here on out every week! Orders must be placed within ordering window times and picked up within the pick-up window time.
Right now we have our PBC’s🥜, our Choco Gooey Chunk 🍫, and our Party cookie 💚❤️💙 available to order!
