Tried out a new flavor combo today! 🎉
Hojicha cake with hojicha jelly and black sesame cream — smooth, nutty, and perfectly balanced. Totally loving how it came together! ☕️✨

And a little milestone — my KKmom Baking Lab logo made its first appearance on the cake board today! 🩶 So excited to finally see it there!

Madeleines 2.0 — success! 🎉 Fluffy, moist, and just the right sweetness. Next up: black sesame, matcha, and other tea flavors! Now when I crave madeleines, I don’t need to grab a Costco box… I’ll bake a fresh batch myself 😋

🎂 Decaf Coffee Cake with Coffee Cream & Walnut Topping ☕️

My first ever attempt at making a birthday cake — and of course, I saved this special privilege for my hubby’s birthday! 💕

I went with a decaf coffee flavor so the kids could enjoy it too (without staying up all night 😆). The design is simple and the frosting skills are definitely a work in progress, but I’m proud of how it turned out!

⏱ Finished the whole thing in just 2.5 hours — not too bad for my first birthday cake ever! 😄
