The starter feedings, the waiting, the checking, the adjusting our day around dough that has its own plans. Sourdough takes patience, and even with experience, it keeps teaching us.

If you’ve ever tried making it and struggled to keep up, we understand. There’s a lot to fit into everyday life.

But watching those loaves come out of the oven and hearing how your family enjoyed them makes this work so special to us. It truly is a labor of love.
