Eliseo Griego RIP Rest in Peace Eliseo Griego 5/23/1937-12/18/2013. This page has been set up as a place to share memories. Eliseo Griego was a loving father.

He was born in El Rito, NM and served in the US Army. After leaving the Army he learned the trade of baking at Brings Bakery on Long Island. He went on to become a well known baker in San Antonio, TX and as a Product Developer for HEB, he has left his legacy in many of the bakery products that we now enjoy from HEB. ery. Eliseo had the most kind and gentle spirit; he never met a person he didn't like. His personality radiated fun and happiness. Those who knew him were truly blessed. We will miss him, but he will live on in our hearts.
