Did you know hibiscus roselle thrives right here in Central Texas? 🌺 It’s tangy, jewel toned, and makes a wonderful stand in for red currant jam, the classic ingredient in so many German bakes. By using roselle, I get to honor both sides of my story: the flavors of my German heritage and the ingredients grown under our big Texas sky. 💕✨

Business Update: Good News & Bad News 🍪🎲

Bad news first, our hot water heater decided to quit on us, which means online orders will be delayed until we get it fixed. 😅 Thanks for your patience while we sort this out!

Now for the good news (and it’s a big one!): we were able to complete a special order just in time before the loss of our water heater for our friends at Court of Gamers ! 🎉 You’ll soon be able to grab our cookies right at their store, perfect for snacking while rolling dice, strategizing, and hanging out with friends.
