We had a great day at the market today!!!! I would like share a story about my last customer

This customer had been at my booth already once today, when he returned for two more cookies for his mom. While we were standing there is said 2/11 Bakery, 2/11 is my birthday. So I told him the story behind the name. I lost my first born son when he was 34, a little over5 years ago, and his birthday was 2/11. My customer said oh wow really. This customer paid me thru cash app, I was looking at my phone waiting on the payment to come thru, and when it did I got weak in the knees and started tearing up. I did not see the customers first just the last name.... Martinez, why is so important you ask..... that was my son's last name too. When I told the customer that was my son's last name too, he said OMG I've got to tell my mom. I always feel my son watches over me, and today was a reminder that he was with me today. 💜💜

We are all set up at the event center in Floresville!!!! 9am to 2pm. Check out this menu 🤯 my newest favorite is the Biscoff choc chip stuffed with Biscoff cookie butter. Also new today is my carrot cake cookie with an amazing icing and a sprinkle of pecans.

Tomorrow is restock day at Serene Ave and color chaos, so stop by and get your cookie fix 🍪. Thursday we restock Flaming Horn BBQ. What could be better then BBQ and cookies 🤣🤣
