🍔 They’re back!

It’s been a hot minute since sourdough hamburger buns have made an appearance at Wild Bloom Bakehouse, but Father’s Day weekend felt like the perfect time to bring them out of retirement.

Made with organic ingredients and long-fermented for flavor, these buns are soft, sturdy, and ready for everything from backyard burgers to Father’s Day cookouts.

This weekend is also Mr. Bloom’s birthday weekend, so a few of his favorite menu picks made the cut. ❤️

What a weekend.

You nearly sold me out of all of my baked goods, and I brought a lot! While I came home with a little bread, I couldn’t be more grateful. It was a fantastic day—even if the Texas heat reminded us that summer has officially arrived. ☀️ I’m not sure any of us were quite ready for it!

Thank you to my locals, my regulars, and all of the new faces who stopped by. I love baking for you. I love the hugs, the conversations, and seeing so many of you come back week after week. Some of you have been with me since my very first days at the open-air market, and that means more than you know.

Your support allows this little dream to keep growing, and I’m so thankful you’re part of the Wild Bloom story. 💛

Here’s to a restful Sunday, a fresh week ahead, and doing it all again next weekend with a double market weekend. I’ll be back at The Local Finds Market at Bandera Pointe on Saturday and returning to The Weekend Market at Arbor Park on Sunday. I can’t wait to see all of my Arbor friends again! 🌿✨

June is Mr. Bloom’s month around here. Between Father’s Day and his birthday, this month’s menus will feature some of his favorite breads and sweet treats.

✨ A month of favorites — Week 1 of 4. ✨

This week we’re introducing a brand-new Organic Sourdough German Chocolate Scone, inspired by one of Mr. Bloom’s favorite desserts. 🍫🥥

And because last week’s Pizza Night Bloom got rained out before many of you could grab one, it’s making a return this week! 🍕🍞

You’ll also find Cinnamon Roll Focaccia, Rosemary Olive Oil Bloom, Italian Parmesan, and more.

Pre-orders are now open and close Tuesday at 7:00 PM. 2 pickup options The Local Finds Market at Bandera Pointe from 11-3pm or at Wild Bloom Bakehouse 6-7 pm
