🌿 Saturday’s Wild Bloom Menu | September 19th 🌿

You guys have been LOVING the Wild Bloom Fresh meals, and I’m loving making them for you! 🤍 This week’s is such a yummy one — our All-Organic Three-Cheese Herb Penne Pasta Bake, made with homemade tomato sauce, herbed ricotta, fresh mozzarella & Parmesan. It comes unbaked and ready to take home and bake fresh. Grab a Rosemary Olive Oil loaf or Garlic Parmesan Sourdough Focaccia and dinner is DONE. 🙌🏻

And this weekend is extra special because it’s our kiddo, “Little Bloom’s” birthday weekend! 🥳 So, of course, he wanted to choose some of his favorites for this week’s menu — Hot Honey Parmesan is his favorite bread, the Three-Cheese Herb Penne Bake is his favorite dinner, and the brand-new Wild Bloom Overload is basically all of his favorite Wild Bloom desserts packed into one ridiculously good dessert. 🤎

Wild Bloom birthdays are extra special around here. 🌿🤍

Back in June, Mr. Bloom got to choose all of his favorites for his birthday menu. Last week was my turn with all of my birthday favorites — my birthday is this Tuesday the 15th! 🥳 And next Sunday is our kiddo, “Little” Bloom’s birthday, so of course he had to choose some of his favorites, too.

The only picture I took yesterday. 🤍

Bandera, you are so wonderful. I snapped this about an hour after market began, and you guys just kept showing up. It was busy, it was hot — SO darn hot 🥵😂 — and you loved this menu as much as I did. I can’t thank you enough.

Tuesday is my birthday, but I felt so incredibly loved this weekend. So many birthday hugs, sweet words, flowers, coffee… all of it. 🥹 And somewhere along the way, so many of you have gone from customers to real friends. That means more to me than I could ever say.

Thank you for continuing to show up, support this little bakehouse, and make days like yesterday so special. I’m so grateful for every single one of you.

MY BIRTHDAY MENU IS LIVE! 🎂🌼

Next Saturday, September 12th, is my last market before my birthday on the 15th, so naturally… I filled this menu with some of my favorite things. 🤍

A good Rosemary Olive Oil + Sea Salt Focaccia? Always. My favorite soup + grilled cheese combo? Absolutely. My all-time favorite cake? Of course. A White Chocolate Birthday Cake Scone?! Yes, please. 😂 And Jalapeño Cheddar is easily one of my top three breads.

Basically, if I love it, there’s a good chance it made this menu. 😂

The first Saturday of the month always seems to be a little slower with so many big markets happening around town, but you guys kept me busy from before the market even opened until the very end.

Lately I’ve been trying to figure out exactly how much to bake each week… and apparently the answer is MORE FALL. 😂🍂 You sold me out of the Spiced Apple Cake SO fast, and the Spiced Maple Sea Salt Cookies went right along with it. I love where your minds are.

I truly can’t thank you enough for continuing to show up, support this little bakehouse, and let me bake for you week after week. I’m so excited for all of the cozy bakes coming for the rest of the year.

Also… it was so dang HOT yesterday, y’all. 😂 Can the weather please get on board with the menu already?!

And speaking of next week… it’s my birthday market! 🎂🌼 My actual birthday is September 15th, but next Saturday is my last market before it, so I’m celebrating a little early and bringing some of my absolute favorites to the menu. And this one is GOOD. I cannot wait to share it with you The Local Finds Market at Bandera Pointe

September 5th menu is here! 🌼💛

We’re officially kicking off my birthday month, so naturally I had to sneak a few of my own favorites onto the menu. 🥰 Cinnamon Raisin is easily in my top three Wild Bloom loaves, and this whole menu just feels like the perfect little tiptoe into fall.

Jalapeño Sharp Cheddar Focaccia, Cinnamon Raisin, Honeycrisp Apple Crumble Cake with Maple Glaze, Wild Blueberry Scones with that buttery oat crumble, Spiced Maple Sea Salt Cookies… plus plenty of your Wild Bloom favorites.

As always, everything is organic, long-fermented sourdough and made from scratch right here at the bakehouse. 💛

September is here. 🤎🍂

And according to me, it’s officially the start of the best four months of the year. 😂

My birthday month, my kiddo’s birthday month, the fall flavors slowly making their way in… I just love everything about this season.

If you know me in real life, you know there is not a holiday I don’t decorate for. 😂 Give me all the twinkle lights, cozy evenings, changing seasons, warm flavors, and all the smells that come along with it. I’m here for ALL of it.

And I’m so excited for everything coming to Wild Bloom over the next few months. 🤎

HELLO, SEPTEMBER. 🤎

My birthday month. My kiddo’s birthday month. And the beginning of my absolute favorite four months of the year.

The flavors. The baking. The cozy food. The holidays coming. The weather eventually changing… hello, Texas, I’m talking to you. 😂

Back in June, I celebrated Mr. Bloom’s birthday month by bringing some of his favorites to the menu, so naturally, September is my turn. 🤎 I’ll be sprinkling some of my favorites onto the menu all month long.

And we’re starting with one of my top three breads — Cinnamon Raisin. If you know, you know. I absolutely love this loaf.

Here’s to apples, cinnamon, maple, warm bread, cooler mornings (PLEASE 🙏🏻) and all the cozy things headed our way.
