Policies

Booking
All orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% (NO DEPOSIT, NO ORDER)
Orders placed less than a week are to be paid in full.
Remaining balance to be paid in full the week before your event or your order will be cancelled. Again, you will not get a refund if you fail to pay.
If you cancel despite your situation or circumstances, you will not receive a refund.
If you push your event date back or forward, it will be considered a cancelation on your end as booking reserved the date you chose not any other date.
A pick up date(s),time(s) and location(s) will be given to you at the time of booking. If you fail to pick up between the hours given, you will not be given another opportunity. It will be classified as a cancelation and no refund will be given.
Refund
NO REFUND UNLESS I CANCEL ON MY END. NO EXCEPTIONS
