We proudly present our brand new Merit Coffee Co. Bakery Lorraine blend!! While we loved the OG we are so excited for this new one and know it’ll knock any coffee enthusiasts socks off.

About the blend: “The blend in itself is new to Merit. I asked if it would be possible to pair Brazil/Colombian, and they said it had never been done before, let alone a thought.
And now our idea is born!
I’ve been drinking it the past two days, and it’s great. It’s everything you could ask for in an espresso. As drip, it’s premium, yet approachable.
Flavor, she chocolate. The body on this offering is definite. Something I touched on with them. I felt like our coffee would get lost in the syrups before. Whereas, now, the coffee is very much the vehicle without sacrificing that sweetness the OG bean offered. I feel confident think our regulars & coffee enthusiasts alike are going to respect this one here,” Tiandre Thompkins, Commisary Food Manager and Coffee Extraordinaire 🫶☕️

Bakery Lorraine proudly announces that we are bringing our Exec Pastry Chef, Jenn Riessman’s, pie making class to our Pearl location this August 🥧🤤

Classes will be held on the 4th, 5th and 12th - and will go from 7-9:30 pm - wine and beer will be available for purchase!

Tickets are $50 - and each ticket can be used for up to 2 people - ONE PIE PER TICKET!!

Tickets are available July 27th at bakerylorraine.com

2 new drink flavors drop this weekend - this is not a drill - Blackberry 🖤 and Peach 🍑 join the roster and we couldn’t think of a better (or more refreshing) way to say goodbye to summer!!

We recommend a blackberry lemonade or peach iced tea to beat this Texas heat - though you can’t go wrong with a matcha (especially poolside).

Our brunch menu just got a serious revamp!

We are saying goodbye (for now) to our Cuban, our BL BLT, the Ham and Brie, etc
And hello to our new Veggie Hummus Bowl, the BL BLAST, Caprese Croissant, and a traditional Croque Monsiouer
We also gave a much needed face lift to our Avocado Toast (now featuring a fried egg and handmade chili crunch), Seasonal Salad, and Seasonal French toast (served with a lovely lemon curd and raspberries).
Lastly don’t worry about your favorites we kept our renowned Turkey Pesto, Grilled Cheese, Chicken Salad Croissant, Breakfast Sandwich, Quiche Lorraine, and Frittatas just the same.

Enjoy the summer with our lovely food, and be sure to tell us which is your favorite!!
