Hey guys! This would be great for those of you who don't work with fondant or gumpaste. Maybe you're not good with sculpting or no time to make edible pieces. This would definitely come in handy.

What! What! My first class "Cake Basics" will be held December 1st @ 7pm! I will go over my baking technique, leveling, icing, smoothing, and simple border design, as well as troubleshooting. So for those of you who have ordered cakes from me, and/or followed my page, know I've had some ups and downs. I eventually had to close shop and concentrate on family ❤ BUT I AM AN ARTIST! I also LOVE cake art and cake decorating in all its various forms. Soooooo, I have decided to create a beautiful balance between family and my love of cake art. I will soon be offering cake decorating lessons!!! Yaaasss!!! I will share what I've learned in my 10 years of creating custom cakes. I've had to learn everything through trial and error but you don't have to!! I will start by offering a few beginner's classes and eventually add advanced lessons. Lessons will be offered both in my home and as private lessons in YOUR home!! That's right....I will go to you! I will soon post open dates for my 1st beginners class 😁😁😁 I am super excited to help you aspiring cake artists. Especially those of you in the Medina County & surrounding areas. I know how hard it can be to drive out to San Antonio during the week, after work, in between your children's sports and homework for a few lessons. I think this will definitely be a great adventure for all of us!!!
