Came home to whip up some discard Lucky 🍀 Burger Buns! 🍔 Hubby called asking for burgers, and of course, I had no buns on hand. Pulled these together in just about an hour and 15 minutes.

Since my Walnut Raisin Sourdough was cold-fermenting in the fridge and the oven was already on, I went ahead and baked that off too— because why not!?!
