Hello everyone! My name is Hailee and a couple years ago I found out I had an intolerance to gluten. I was very upset because I knew my diet would have to change for me to feel better. I couldn't eat bread,sweets,pasta and majority of food because it had whole wheat flour. Later on my Mother and I started looking at gluten free items and started to find amazing substitutes. (Which was VERY hard.)One day my Mom found a flour that was gluten free. I decided to bake cookies with it. I was very excited and they smelt so good. Once I pulled them out the oven I let them chill. Then I grabbed one took a bite and It was HORRIBLE!!! It tasted very dense and ashy were you couldn't even try to enjoy it. After many tries I found another gluten-free flour and started baking. I made another batch of cookies already doubting it. I tried it again and it was a HUGE success. It was crispy on the outside soft on the inside and was delicious! I thought not only have I discovered I love to bake, I can also make it gluten free. Later on I have now made pies , cakes , cookies and more. I would like to share my product with people who have the same allergy as I do because I understand the struggle.
