First we’d like to thank you for the support the last 3 months after our pastry chef was in an accident. We had some really tough days, we understand some folks were frustrated with our unsteady hours at the shops and the limited pastries we were producing. But we are happy to get back on track and to be providing the best service possible.
Stephanie is back in the kitchen! Some of you have already had a chance to see her at the Naco location and she’s extremely happy to finally be back to making your favorite pastries. Hello everyone! Sorry for such a late post! We wanted to remind everyone to keep Steph in your prayers 😔 Everyday is different and she’s had lots of ups and downs these past two wks. We understand that service has been affected as I am also making sure to stay on top of her and her needs as well to make sure her recovery is smooth. We also wanted to apologize for the changes in schedule and we hope you understand if there’s a day that’s off. Hi Friends! A quick update from Stephanie here 🙋🏽♀️ I wanted to say thank you to everyone that reached out to check in on me after my accident, Angel read so many of them and I was able to answer some as I’ve recovered. Thank you to everyone that has also donated to the gofundme that was created for me. Being out from the bakery is a bit scary but all your donations are a huge help for my medical bills and hopefully for me to get a car. My heart is so full from all the love I’ve received and all the messages sent my way. ❤️ I had a follow up on Tuesday and I had a bit of a scare but everything is back on track. My soreness is still coming and going but therapies at home are helping a lot for my recovery. I have a new appointment next week so hopefully everything still looks good. Angel has been doing his absolute best to keep open the shops so that you all can have your favorites while I’m out 🤗
To help a bit with that, these will be the summer hours while I’m out, we should go back to normal schedule in the next couple of months to bring the best of the best. So please come out this summer to visit the team, have your favorite pastries and enjoy our iced drink menu, we all know how hot it is 🥵

Update: Her swallow in the face is way better she is eating already, has a lot pain on her chest because the seatbelt and in her ankle (when she try to brake hard) Please keep praying for faster recovery.

Good morning customers, THANK YOU for all the messages, all the support, I read some of them to Stephanie and she was happy to hear them. THANK YOU 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Here a quick update: she is finally home, no bones brokes on her body only in her face. she got cirgury on her nose last night around 9pm and everything went well. Now is the recovery, she has bruise in on all her body and a lot pain but I know, and we Know how strong she is. She need to be out of the Bakery 5-7 weeks.
I create this link to help her on this situation for anyone that is allow to support and want to donate for her recovery.
A lot people ask about how they can help and we just ask for support us in the bakeries I’m going to keep the bakeries open, I will be posting a temporary schedule that helps me to bake for all 3 locations. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I’m very grateful with every single of you guys thank you, thank you. 🙏🏽

Aquí una actualización rápida: finalmente está en casa, no tiene ningún hueso roto en el cuerpo, solo en la cara. Anoche la operaron de la nariz alrededor de las 9 p.m. y todo salió bien. Ahora está la recuperación, tiene moretones en todo el cuerpo y mucho dolor pero lo sé y sabemos lo fuerte que es. Necesita estar fuera de el bakery entre 5 y 7 semanas.
Creo este enlace para ayudarla en esta situación para cualquier persona que pueda apoyarla y quiera donar para su recuperación.

Stephanie tuvo un accidente de carro grande en la tarde de hoy. Tiene su nariz rota en 3 partes, su boca rota y le estan verificando su pierna. Les pido mucha oracion por ella. Una situacion delicada para nosotros pues nos tenemos el uno al otro y nuestro hogar son los bakeries pues siempre estamos trabajando en ellos.

Stephanie was in a big car accident this afternoon. She has her nose broken in 3 places, her mouth is broken and they are checking her leg. I ask for a lot of prayers for her. A delicate situation for us because we have each other and our home is the bakeries because we are always working in them.
After a while I will give you an update, I am organizing myself to be the one who bakes for the 3 locations and everything can continue. I find myself alone, I ask for empathy and many, many prayers for Stephanie.
