God provides.
I prayed for one, 9 year old seed, out of 5 planted to grow.
I got one to sprout.
I prayed for one watermelon to come of that sprout. This is it.
This one small melon have me plenty of seeds for next year's melon patch.
Thank you, Lord, for this bountiful harvest.

Even if it isn't exactly what I wanted, He gave me exactly what I needed!!

Hey yall. Just wanted to share the raw happiness I have, crazy hair, no make up and all that. I finally received my banner in! Excuse the mess, we were rearranging my business space. I'll be doing a pop up market soon.

In the mean time, I'm perfecting my pumpkin spice sourdough and gingerbread sourdough for the upcoming fall season.

Pardon the messy hair, BUT!

This is Penelope. She is a common Yellow Garden Spider. (Also know as a banana or written spider)

SHE IS COMPLETELY HARMLESS.

She helps my garden by controlling bug populations. From grasshoppers and tomatoe horn worms, to gnats and mosquitoes.

She is roughly the size of my palm. Yes she is big and kinda intimidating, but she is one of God's amazing creatures.

Having a organic, pesticide free garden come with all sort of critters. When you find some that may make you go Eeekkk! at first, look into what they are and how they may/may not be beneficial.

I give Penelope her space and in return she helps my bean space. God sure did think everything out!

Had to share this precious moment.
I had a mama reach out to me about my elderberry syrup. I had my amazing little helper with me, too. We got it made!
