Made this for my Grandma's 80th birthday.
Half of the layers were devil's food chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting.
The other half was a white cake with an Italian meringue buttercream frosting.

Tbt to my sister's wedding. She wanted cheesecake factory cheesecake so I bought the layers and iced over them with a light whipped cream icing.

Made this for a work party. It is a french vanilla cake with vanilla bean frosting. I had the vanilla bean left over so I decided to use it as a decoration 😁.
Overall, it tasted heavenly.

You can't see it very well in the photo, but there are flakes of gold along each tier. Their wedding colors were gold and mint and they didn't want anything too fancy. It's a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and a refreshing mint buttercream frosting.

TARO CAKE!!!!!
I actually made this for my birthday hahah. You might ask, "you made your own birthday cake?!".
After living in Taiwan, taro cake seriously became my favorite cake flavor! Unless you have a plethora of Asian bakeries where you live, It's very difficult to find a bakery that has taro cake in the U.S.
This is a taro cake with a taro paste filling topped with Italian meringue buttercream (with some taro powder mixed in).
