New menu items
Steak- teres major with Japanese sweet potato, smoked shoyu, onion purée and asparagus —-whole branzino- frog bench farm green mizuna, orzo, pineapple, lemon nori cream, harissa vinaigrette—-sweet chili chicken- creamy grits, tomato, finnochiona, chili mustard sauce. The branzino will only be a handful per day and be sold out later in the night. We look forward to cooking for you!

A couple of brunch items on our new menu. Fry bread and sausage gravy and in the second picture is our Eatery breakfast- 2 fried eggs, potato, pork belly, bacon veloute ,Comte and bacon onion jam. We will see you next Sunday.

On offer for this weekend 1st- is a hoisin marinated golden eagle black cod- lightly torched with a blood orange aqua chile 2nd sake butter poached dover sole- potato gnocchi- wonton, mushrooms, piquillo peppers and bacon and we finally have a dessert- olive oil compressed strawberries, lemon curd, graham cracker cookie, tajin, silver thyme.
