Hey everyone! So far 2021 has been crazy and filled with out of state work, not leaving much time for me to bake 😕 I should be returning to the kitchen near the end of April and look forward to creating all the amazing things again!

While all of this has been going on I have had a few inquires about orders and it just so happened that I was in town at the needed time and was able to make them happen! Here are some from the last few weeks, and introducing a new one!

Piña Colada cheesecake. This has a pecan shortbread crust and is filled with pineapple, coconut, and rum. Yum! It’s topped with a pineapple glaze and toasted coconut. Take a bite of this, close your eyes, and you’re sitting beachside in Mexico — a delicious tease of the warm weather to come.

This is the snack cake that we all know and love! Hello! I'm Kasey, I'm the cheesehead that makes the cheesecakes. I am a Green Bay, Wisconsin native, currently residing in Salisbury, NC. 💚💛GO PACK GO💚💛 I have a love for baking cheesecakes - what started as a hobby turned into a list of requests at gatherings of family & friends. After hearing for the millionth time "You could sell these cheesecakes!" - I took the advice of my freeloading fans and started charging them (just picking, I always bring cheesecakes to gatherings for free). But, I can't bring a cheesecake to your family gathering for free; a random person walking into your grandmothers door with free food might seem a little strange. So, to help us get over this hurdle I offer my simple services and love for baking and share with you gourmet cheesecakes that are truly from my heart & home.
