Hey everyone! So far 2021 has been crazy and filled with out of state work, not leaving much time for me to bake 😕 I should be returning to the kitchen near the end of April and look forward to creating all the amazing things again!
While all of this has been going on I have had a few inquires about orders and it just so happened that I was in town at the needed time and was able to make them happen! Here are some from the last few weeks, and introducing a new one!
Piña Colada cheesecake. This has a pecan shortbread crust and is filled with pineapple, coconut, and rum. Yum! It’s topped with a pineapple glaze and toasted coconut. Take a bite of this, close your eyes, and you’re sitting beachside in Mexico — a delicious tease of the warm weather to come.
