I used to be in the management field for several years, but then found that baking and cake decorating is my true passion. For the most part of it I am self taught ( love the internet, Barnes and Noble and countless magazines for that ). I am always looking for a challenge for new and creative ideas. es that are all made from scratch NO BOX MIXES, something I am very proud of. I have some excellent Gluten Free cakes and pies most of which are made from rice flour and coconut flour. Noone can tell that they are Gluten Free, so it is like having the REAL thing.

Lots of goodies baked today. Chocolate chip and toffee cookie, sugar cookies, chocolate fudge, and white chocolate cranberry orange fudge, sweet and salty mix with white chocolate.
