Making Dehydrated Fruit Pt. 1- Strawberries & Bananas.

Chocolate Muffins

1 3/4c Flour
2/3c Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Espresso Powder

*Mix all above dry ingredients together in large bowl.

1/2c Melted Butter
1 1/4c Sugar

*Mix butter and sugar in separate bowl.

*Add into butter/sugar mixture:

2 Large Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4c Heavy Cream (or Milk)
1/2c Sour Cream

*Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients (the sugar/butter mixture into the flour mixture).

*Mix in…

2c Chocolate Chips

*Dough will be thick. Fill muffins cups and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Spaghetti Seasoning

1 tbsp Onion Flakes
1.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Parlsey
3/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Minced Garlic

Mix with 1lb cooked ground beef and 15oz tomato sauce to get a savory meat sauce for your spaghetti. 🍝
