Our monstera has been with us since the beginning, starting in a tiny baby pot and now thriving in a 22” home.

Fun fact: sourdough releases CO₂ (aka plant food). And since we go through 100+ lbs of starter every day, our plants get a little extra love too 🌿

3 years ago I was baking and selling at home.

Early mornings, late nights, testing recipes over and over, hoping one day people would actually show up for what we were making.

There were days I questioned everything. Days where I was flat out exhausted. Days I didn’t know if this would turn into anything at all.

Fast forward to this Saturday…

A line out the door.A packed shop. A team moving nonstop. And a room full of people choosing to spend their time with us.

It’s honestly hard to put into words what that feels like.

We see every single one of you. The regulars, the first timers, the people who wait in line, who support us, who tell their friends, who come back again and again.

You’ve allowed something that started in a home kitchen to grow into this.

I don’t take a second of it for granted.

Thank you for being here. Thank you for supporting us. Thank you for growing with us.

2025 was one for the books. 🤍

This year, we went through over 100,000 pounds of flour, shaping it into 57,000 handcrafted artisan loaves—each one mixed, fermented, and baked with intention.

From early mornings to long afternoons, we proudly served 112,000 breakfast and lunch items, shared 90,000 bakery sweet treats, and poured over 80,000 cups of coffee to fuel your days.

What started as a love for sourdough has grown into a community, and every loaf, sandwich, and cup represents the people who walked through our doors, supported us, and made this year unforgettable.

Thank you for being part of our story. Here’s to more flour-dusted hands, fuller tables, and an even bigger year ahead. 🥖☕✨
