It's finally starting to feel like fall outside! Now that the heat has broke come enjoy a wonderful morning at the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows. We will be there from 8-noon on 9-30!

Pear tarts, Peach roll-ups, pecan pie bars, apple pop-tarts and brown sugar pop-tarts. We got your breakfast covered, so stop by and get some pie!

Hey guys, you have worked really hard this year. Take Monday off! Before you do, come by the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows this Saturday 9/2 from 8am-noon and grab some tasty treats.

The Kouing Amann will be returning this week. We will have two types of bakewell tarts, chocolate and a plum-pistachio. Peach roll-ups and blueberry cheesecake galettes will be on the menu as well.

Did you know this week is National Farmers Market Week? Come to the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows this Saturday 8/12 to celebrate our amazing local market!

We will be there with lots of tasty goodies. A new item this week... Kouign Amann, which translates to cake butter. Trust me, you will want it! You chocoholics out there will be in for a treat...Salted Caramel Brownies. We will also have...

A special treat this weekend. We took a "work trip" to Michigan to bring back some of their famous Cherries. We are using those cherries in hand pies and 5 inch pies. We will also have couple full size pies, but get them early.

These Cherry Pies will be killer with some ice cream, I can't think of a better way to beat the heat!

Come see us at the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows from 8-noon on 7/22. In addition to the Cherry pies, we will have Lemon Bakewell Tarts, Cinnamon Apple Roll-ups, Peach Gallette, and Plum Shortbread!

Blueberry Gooseberry Jam! The gooseberries are wild harvested from our farm and the blueberries come from Odelehr Farm. As you may know, we love making unique and creative flavor combinations in our jams. But this flavor inspiration came from Pie-Eyed STL. Their Blue Goose Galette is one of the best we have ever had!

All Dads like Rhubarb in a pie. Good thing we will have Rhubarb pie and Strawberry Rhubarb pie available for fathers day. I can already smell the BBQ grills firing up in preparation for the long Memorial day weekend. While you're throwing down on the grill, we have all of your dessert needs covered. A couple of new and exciting items this weekend. Almond Croissants and Salted Caramel Brownies.

We will also have full size and 5'' inch Strawberry pies (as well as 3'' if you just need a snack). A couple fan favorites will be there as well, Apple Braids and Cherry Hand Pies.

Back by popular demand Almond Joy tarts. Also pictured, apple dumplings...apples, wrapped in pie dough with caramel and nuts, this is probably going to replace candy apples in the near future. We have been a bit silent the last couple of weeks, but rest assured we have been hard at work getting ready for Fathers day and 4th of July weekends at the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows. With so much fruit coming into season, we have been out picking and collecting a bounty of local fruit to bring to you some much requested pies (both sweet and savory). We are very excited about all the Rhubarb, Cherries, Raspberries and Strawberries we have so far this season and hope you are too!
