I need to stop eating our egg rolls straight out of the fryer…they are hot! Our MinneVegetarian egg rolls made their debut here at Pinehaven Farm and are gluten-friendly and dairy free. This is currently the only location you can find this version of our authentic Vietnamese egg rolls in Minnesota. The aunties truly put their hearts into making these little egg rolls perfect for fall foodies.

We’ll be here through Nov 1 and will be selling during the same hours as the Fall Pumpkin Festival, The Dead End Hayride , and The Great Pumpkin Trail . Remeber to check their websites for hours and discount tickets!

Three days of serving, restocking, quality checks, and keeping up with the crowds. It was a great weekend, and we loved meeting so many of you who found us through social media. What a year. We planned for growth, made more food than ever, added registers and made changes to serve fairgoers faster — and you still kept us on our toes.

We’re incredibly proud of our crew, grateful for every fairgoer who showed up for us, and already working on how we can come back even stronger next year.

A good problem to have, but still one we’re taking seriously.

Goodbye Cooper Street & Dan Patch Ave for now! Physically moving out of the Minnesota State Fair but still lots of fun admin activities to wrap up…like paying our crew, vendors, and other bills! We have a brief break to focus on our day jobs and then production starts back up again so stay tuned to see what it’s like to be a mobile food vendor
