Tomorrows rolls will be our Huckleberry Rolls. It’s huckleberry month!
Thursdays off the menu is going to be our mouth watering Pulled Pork Sandwiches with a noodle Salad of some sort (I just haven’t decided yet) and slow smoked baked beans.

Todays the day!!! We have our slow smoked pulled pork sandwiches, Cowboy Cocktail, salads, huckleberry and strawberry cream cheese cups, and cold drinks. We have tents, tables, and chairs set up in the park for you to use along with a water cooler with ice cold water to keep you hydrated. (Cups not provided)
Our hours will be 10-5 or until we sell out.

Our day of Prep is over! We are as ready as we can be for you guys. We will have Grab and Go breakfast muffins in the warmer tomorrow morning if you need something to help you get some energy. Those will be made fresh tomorrow morning. Stop in and see us grab some grub and cold drinks to cool ya off tomorrow. Our hours will be 10-5 or until we sell out. Slow Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich with the option of 2 sides or not feeling like having a sandwich how about a Cowboy Cocktail or a loaded nacho with the choice of Smoked a pulled pork or Bison taco meat. We will have 5 different sides to choose from, salad options are: Broccoli, Baked Potato, Cole Slaw, Italian Pasta, and Smoked Baked Beans.
Treats will include Huckleberry & Strawberry Cheesecake cups, danishes, chocolate chip ice cream sandwich, Large and small popsicles, Big Dipper Ice Cream. This weekend we are introducing our Huckleberry Fling and Cinnamon & Cherry Cokes. Of course we have our VERY popular Boba Lemonades and regular drink menu.

Sorry I missed our daily soup today. Time got away from me this morning!
We have decided that we will be open AT THE DELI on SATURDAY from 10-5 or until we sell out. We will have the A/C running full on. It is suppose to be a hot one so stop in and get yourself and your people some Good Eats! Our menu will be -Slow Smoked Pulled pork, Cowboy Cocktails, Loaded Nacho with the option of Bison Burger or Pulled Pork, regular Nacho, our popular Cream Cheese Cups, Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches, Big Dipper Ice Cream, Along with a full drink menu and BOBA to make everything all better!
We have new in our St Ignatius Hats and other gifts too.

We are back open Tuesday-Thursday and we will be looking forward to seeing you! Man that was a fast week! Chris and I were lucky enough to go on a 5 day/4 Night Float on the Smith River. It was absolutely beautiful. What a trip!

Good Ol’ Days is Next weekend! We will be serving our popular slow smoked pulled pork sandwiches with sides. Our huckleberry cheese cake cups will be back and more huckleberry options. There will be a fresh stock of Big Dipper Ice Cream Voted the best Ice Cream and they are local.

We buy our Huckleberry Products from a local Business, High Mountain. There huckleberries come from people like you and me. It’s hard long tedious work getting these fabulous berries that treat our tastebuds so well, but so worth it.
