Late night update! Getting ready for tomorrow morning at the St.Clair Farmer’s Market!

Got the freshly baked banana and banana nut muffins.
A bumper crop of cherry tomatoes!
Some medium cocktail tomatoes.
A nice few of San Marzano tomatoes!
NEW THIS WEEK - Pineapple Heirloom Tomatoes!!
Last but not least, Cucumbers! Probably the trailing end of the summer harvest!!

Third time coming this week to the St.Clair Farmer’s Market! We have some freshly picked tomatoes and pickling cucumbers as well as some freshly baked pastries baked late last night!

The new pastries we got are European inspired:

Bacon Buns: nice buttery rolls with a savory filling of bacon and onions. A delicious on the go snack!

Angel wings: some flakey fried pastries flavored with vanilla and orange and lemon zest! Delightful with a cup of morning coffee.

New Orleans Beignets: some simple but very delicious donuts sprinkled with powdered sugar!

Weekly Produce Update!

The tomatoes are coming in beautifully! Picking them by the bucketloads! There will be plenty this weekend for y’all!

Also can’t forget about the pickling cucumbers as well as our European fuzzy cucumbers!

This week is turning out to be very bountiful as we’re nearing the middle of the season! Very exciting stuff here in Saint Clair!

Tomorrow stay tuned for a very exciting surprise we have been *cooking* up for this upcoming weekend!
