Good morning everyone, this post is to inform you all of some changes coming to our beloved coffee house.
Adam and Helen have decided to close The Morning Emporium Coffee House, after serving the Great Lakes Bay Region for the past 22 years.
We decided on acquiring the turn key business, after retirement, as something to occupy us as extra income and to stay active. It didn't take long and we realized it as more than just serving up great coffee and pastries.
Throughout the days, months & years, relationships & friendships were built and soon second & third generations were patronizing The Morning Emporium Coffee House, making it a 'destination' and 'a tradition', for family and friends.
A combination of Adam and Helen's personalities, made for a homey place to spend time meeting friends, family & business associates or a quiet place to read, complete studies or just relax.
Coffee & pastries were a mainstay, but it wasn't long before homemade soups, breakfast sandwiches, homemade Greek yogurt & baked goods became favorites to the masses. On occasion, Greek lunches were also served up. No matter what your personal favorite was, it kept you coming back.
Someone said, "all good things must come to an end" and Friday, May 28th, 2021 will bring a close to an institution that each and everyone, who stepped into The Morning Emporium Coffee House, came to love and expect.
Our heartfelt thanks to you all, each time you stopped in brought us success and enriched our lives!
