This bride provided a few photos and specific requests and I did my best with my absolute zero knowledge of T Swift.

Connor decided Superhero Legos would be the theme for his 5th birthday. Specifically Spider-Man.

His mother and I wanted to experiment with a cake topper and let’s say I’ll need to work on that before I offer them again.

Poor fella lost his head before he made it to the cake. I’ve learned dairy free cookie dough doesn’t have the same structure for building as my regular cookie dough.

Gosh, I love kitchen science!! Nerd Alert!!

It’s County Fair Time!!

My friend takes her 4 daughters for the entire week every year to show their pigs. Whew! I’d be worn out after the first couple days.

I had to put together some cookies for her to share with her 4H kiddos and a gift for the pig buyers.

I made the engagement party cookies on the 4th of July for this couple this well.

It’s been so fun seeing their plans come together for their wedding.

Destiny is always so gorgeous in her event photos and when she walks up my driveway to pick up her cookies. Can’t wait to see her in her wedding dress next month!!

Single Sale!!!

Let’s call it Breakfast in a Basket
1 loaf of Artisan Sourdough
1 dozen eggs
1 half pint jar of Concord grape jelly

$25 takes all. $20 if you don’t want my little basket.

I usually sell eggs weekly, but a couple of my regular customers are on vacation so that leaves a few extra cartons.

We grow Concord grapes and every fall we press them in an old fashion wine press and I can jelly from the juice.

First message/text gets it.

Sometimes I get these ideas… then I make the mistake of mentioning them to my kids.

Then they hound me until I do it.

So yesterday I made cake pops. They are different from regular cake pops that are more of a playdoh consistency. My cakes are baked right in the molds so you get cake in the shape of a pop and then covered.

Here’s my first attempt. With a bit of a learning curve. I’ll be delivering them to my resident taste testers at the dairy farm when I collect raw milk today.
