Terrible pictures because the party was too fun! My son celebrated his 9th. My son, the reason this bakery began in the first place… his birthday cakes have been the constant and this year he requested: a door. I have no clue why, he doesn’t even know! But he wanted it and was glad to see HIS drawing come to life. Chocolate cake with pastry cream and chocolate chip filling, covered in white chocolate ganache and fondanted.

I'm sorry not to be here to bake all of your wedding cakes this year - I'm so glad that many of you who have patiently been waiting for your big celebrations will finally get it!

This wedding season is set to be very busy after two years of COVID-postponed celebrations. Many couples are cautiously optimistic that their fourth or fifth wedding date will be the real one.

When you’ve got 5 hours to put together a birthday cake for your husband, you get to work! Vanilla cake with honey buttercream, and pistachios. I don’t have most of my supplies on hand, but I was still able to whip it up on a dinner plate.

🎄 Merry Christmas to you! 🎄Christmas might look a bit different this year. Smaller dinners with immediate family... but nothing says more about where I come from than this Hungarian Honey Apricot Torte called Mézes Béles. It is instant Christmas memories for me. These food traditions mean that no matter how far (or how long since we’ve lost those whom we love), we are always together and connected. Rum balls for good measure on a cold night!! Outside/Inside. Oh clients! I miss you all! It has been difficult to stay out of the kitchen. Creativity never ends so the limitation of the follow through has been tough. Today, we wished a new friend well as she prepares to move away - a circumstance I know all too well. Chocolate and Strawberries, a forever favourite, was today’s flavour of choice.
