Frosted By Winters We do Custom and Specialty Cakes, Cup Cakes, and Desserts for all of your events. We are a mother and daughter team doing Custom Cakes, Cup Cakes and Deserts.

Kelley Winters has always been very talented in the kitchen. She started doing custom cakes for me and my sister's first birthday, and has fallowed her talent as a side business for the last 24 years. I found her calling with cakes at a young age, as I loved watching and helping my mom with cakes.As I got older i started getting my own customers, and as Fondant became more populare I got more in

to the art. We get most of our business from friends, and referrals. We hope to one day open our own shop.
