How It All Started...

This whole project started a few years ago, when baking competition shows became an obsession and I needed a creative outlet. I suffer from generalized anxiety disorder and chronic depression, so it was no surprise when my counselor suggested taking the baking I did when I was overwhelmed and turn it into something that would be helpful.

I don’t know about you, but I tend to eat sweets if they’re in the house, and baking every time I was stressed? That was a disaster waiting to happen. So, while I’m definitely no professional and still have a lot to learn, I’ve started selling my work. I keep everything priced low, so it’s both affordable and so that people don’t expect those sorts of cakes you see on aforementioned baking championships.

All of the proceeds will be going to my future; including a possible cafe, and an apartment so I can pass as a functional adult.
