We are officially SOLD OUT of all of our artisan bread! Thank you so much for your incredible support.

If you’re still planning to stop by the Rutland Farmers Market, we still have Ranger Cookies available 🍪 and just a few Original Chocolate Chip Cookies left—but they won’t last long!

We’ll be back at the Rutland Farmers Market this Wednesday (tomorrow), August 5, from 4:00–7:00 PM (or until we sell out!) with a delicious lineup of fresh artisan sourdough and cookies.

🍞 This week’s breads:
• 🌿 NEW! Garden Herb Sourdough – Our signature sourdough infused with a fragrant blend of fresh herbs from the garden.
• 🍞 Original Sourdough
• 🧀 Italian Herbs & Parmesan Cheese Sourdough

We’re ready for another week of fresh sourdough! Orders are now open for Saturday, August 8th pickup and will close Thursday at noon — don’t miss the deadline to reserve your loaves and treats!

🛒 Ordering is OPEN for Saturday, August 1 pickup at the bread shed! Be sure to place your order before Thursday, July 30 at 12:00 PM, when ordering closes.

Due to the forecast calling for an all-day washout and steady rain on Wednesday, we have made the difficult decision not to attend the Rutland Farmers Market this week.

The good news is you can still enjoy our fresh sourdough!

🥖 Fresh artisan loaves will be stocked at Lilac Hedge Farm on Saturday, August 1st.

❄️ Fresh pre-sliced frozen loaves will also be available at Lilac Hedge Farm beginning Wednesday, July 29th, making it easy to grab a loaf whenever it’s convenient for you.

Hi everyone! Quick bread update! 🍞

We’re officially home from vacation and are getting settled back in! Since our sourdough starter has been happily resting in the refrigerator while we were away, we need to give it a few days to wake up, get bubbly, and regain its strength before we start baking again.

If all goes according to plan, our next bread day will be Wednesday, July 29, at both Lilac Hedge Farm AND the Rutland Farmers Market! After that, we’ll be reopening online ordering and resuming our regular baking and pickup schedule.

Be sure to check back here on our FB page for the latest updates! Thank you so much for your patience and support while we took some time away with our family. We can’t wait to get back in the kitchen and fill your homes with fresh sourdough again. 🥰🐦‍⬛
