🐦‍⬛ A little schedule update for this week! ⚽️🍞

We will NOT be at the Rutland Farmers Market this Wednesday — it’s officially sports season in our house, which means we’ll be spending our Wednesday (until early November) cheering from the soccer sidelines! ⚽️❤️

But don’t worry, you can still get your 1722 fix! 😉

Our Saturday pickup menu is officially OPEN! 🎉 And October is bringing back a couple of our favorite fall flavors! 😍

🎃 OCTOBER FLAVORS OF THE MONTH 🎃

🍞 Pumpkin Sourdough Loaf — soft, slightly sweet, perfectly spiced, and basically fall in bread form. 🍂

🍪 Pumpkin White Chocolate Chip Cookies — aka “Libby’s Cookies” — soft, pumpkin cookies loaded with white chocolate chips and our favorite pumpkin pie spices. 🤤🎃

And of course, all of your other sourdough favorites will be available too!

We were supposed to be at the Lost Arts Event uptown at the Town Center this Saturday, but unfortunately, due to the expected inclement weather, the event has been canceled. So, we will not be there this weekend.

BUT—we still have plenty of ways for you to get your 1722 Bakehouse fix! 🐦‍⬛🍞

✨ TODAY: You can find our pre-sliced frozen sourdough loaves in the freezer section at Lilac Hedge Farm!

✨ SATURDAY: We’ll have our fresh artisan sourdough loaves available at Lilac Hedge Farm!

So while we’re bummed to miss the Lost Arts Event, we’ll still be baking away and getting that good sourdough into your hands. ❤️

✨ Fresh sliced frozen loaves at Lilac Hedge Farm!
We’ll have our frozen, pre-sliced loaves available at the farm for you to grab and stash away for later.

⚽ NO RUTLAND FARMERS MARKET THIS WEDNESDAY
We will not be at the Rutland Farmers Market on the 23rd because our daughter has a soccer game that conflicts with the timing of the market❤️

📍 SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26

🍂 FALL FESTIVAL OF FORGOTTEN ARTS
Join us on the Rutland Common from 10 AM–2 PM for this really fun celebration of traditional skills and forgotten arts!

We’ll be there talking all things breadmaking — including a little bit of the history behind sourdough bread and the art of making a loaf from scratch. 🥖✨

We’ll also have a VERY limited number of our original sourdough loaves available for purchase, so if you’re hoping to snag one, come early!
