Decorating cakes is a long process that I enjoy so much! Yes, I stress every single time I make something for someone. I worry do I have everything I need, have I set myself aside enough time, is it gonna taste good , is it gonna look good, does it look like what it should, is it going to meet all of the customers expectations? This cake I made last week that took me 3 hours just to decorate. It was a going away/birthday cake for my Halloween loving now ex-boss. I was very pleased and surprised in myself how this one turned out.
