🌧️ Rainy weekend? Let me do the baking while you just swing by for pickup!

Last weekend’s Rusk Farmers Market may have been small, but it was wonderfully busy — thank you so much for the support! I’d love to keep that momentum going, so instead of setting up in the rain, I’m opening up **Saturday local pickup orders**.

Everything will be baked fresh, just like market day — simple, comforting treats made with care.

**Pickup:** Saturday
**Location:** Rusk local pickup
**Order deadline:** Friday at 12:00 PM

Available goodies may include:
• Mini loaves
• Cookies
• Brownies
• Cupcakes
• Other favorite morsels

✨ American Buttercream
Butter + powdered sugar
✔ Very sweet
✔ Quick & easy
✔ Great for cupcakes & kids’ parties

✨ Swiss Meringue Buttercream
Egg whites + sugar, gently heated, then whipped with butter
✔ Smooth & silky
✔ Less sweet
✔ Perfect for clean edges & elegant cakes

✨ Italian Meringue Buttercream
Hot sugar syrup + whipped egg whites + butter
✔ Ultra-stable
✔ Light and creamy
✔ Great for warm weather & special events

✨ French Buttercream
Egg yolks + sugar + butter
✔ Rich & custardy
✔ Not as stable
✔ Best for fillings & indulgent desserts

👉 Buttercream rule of thumb:
