November of 2010 I posted that I needed to check out for some "beauty rest"! If you follow me on facebook you might know what I have been up to! I will get creative with some good clean ingredients one day, but in the meanwhile I cant imagine Veggies, Fruit and Lean Protein cake would be a hit! Hmmm, carrots, zucchini, nuts, apples??? you never know. I will keep you posted!
