I hope that everyone had a merry Christmas and was able to celebrate with those they hold dear.

With the holiday season now over, I am excited to announce that I am back to baking.

I am currently accepting orders for pickup on Sunday, January 12th, from 12-3 PM.

I wish everyone a happy and successful New Year. We are excited to see what the future holds for Baked by Britt in 2025.

To my incredible customers, I want to express my genuine gratitude for your continued support. As Thanksgiving approaches, we've been hard at work, baking and preparing a variety of treats for you to enjoy. Our collection includes 8 dozen dinner rolls, 16 loaves of sourdough, and 5 dozen cinnamon rolls. I hope you savor every moment and every bite this Thanksgiving with your family and friends!

The art of sourdough, from starter creation to baking, often intimidates individuals. I, too, was initially apprehensive, but I took the plunge, discovered what worked for me, and learned that sourdough is more forgiving than commonly thought. My sourdough starter is a living bacteria that I've cultivated, and we've developed a mutual understanding. The moral is to confidently pursue new experiences, as they can lead to unforeseen paths. Sourdough has been a therapeutic and social experience for me, fostering personal growth, new relationships, and community involvement. I'm grateful for everyone's encouragement.
