It’s been a little quiet around here lately, so we wanted to check in. 🤍

If you’ve been wondering where the pop tarts went… we miss them too.

Life has looked a little different these past few months. After our biggest event ever at our favorite bookstore, Sidetrack Bookshop, Josh started a new job working six days a week, and I found myself covering for two coworkers at my full-time job. On top of that, we’ve walked through two heartbreaking losses in our family and had another parent hospitalized.

To put it simply, we’ve been in the trenches.

The good news? We’re finally starting to find our footing and settle into this new normal.

Which means… we’re baking again (smaller quantities but all the sourdough greatness you love). 🥖✨

Our next pickup will be Monday evening (yes, just two days away!), and we’re bringing back some favorites. Preorders will open at 12:30pm today.

One thing that will probably look a little different moving forward is our schedule. Instead of planning bake days a week in advance, they’ll likely be more spontaneous as we fit them around life.

And don’t forget—our DMs and texts are always open. Even if there isn’t an official bread drop, we’re happy to bake a few loaves, cookies, or pop tarts here and there whenever our schedule allows.

Hi friends!!

It’s been a little quiet over here, but life has been full in the best (and busiest) way lately. Between work picking up speed and a lot of work trips sprinkled in, our bake rhythm got a little off. We’ve missed you all a lot 💛

Behind the scenes, we haven’t slowed down, just shifted seasons. The garden is coming back to life and we’re really leaning into it this year. More intention, better planning, and hopefully a steady flow of blooms, herbs, and maybe even some extra produce to share with you 🌿

One of the things we’re most excited about… we’re getting honey bees 🐝🍯

Thousands of little garden helpers joining us soon, which means future honey for baking and jars is officially part of the dream.

This morning alone we harvested 75+ tulips, which feels like a pretty sweet sign of what’s to come 🌷

All that to say, we’re easing back into baking this week with a few small batches.
