Good morning friends!
We’re currently searching for a Colorado-based honey supplier! As many of you know, we aim to use local ingredients as often as possible in everything we bake and create, from our eggs, to local flour, green chilies, etc.

At this point, we estimate we’re using around 5 lbs of honey each week between all of our baked goods, and that will likely increase to 10+ in the next several months (which honestly makes us so happy haha). We currently use Colorado honey, but we're need a more consistent supply and we truly want it to be a local smaller business to keep giving back to our local economy.
