JUNE IS HERE… AND SO ARE THE NEW FLAVORS. 🎉

One year ago, we rolled into Wolf Ranch Farmers Market and hoped a few people would take a chance on a small bakery with big dreams.

This weekend, we’re celebrating our first full year at the market the best way we know how… with brand-new flavors and the return of a fan favorite from the vault.

Created to celebrate one incredible year with all of you. Colorful, nostalgic, and guaranteed to make you feel like a kid again.

Twenty-five years old and still laughing at the same joke. 😂

When our customer asked for a SpongeBob-themed birthday cake, we knew exactly what had to happen.

Covered in ocean-blue buttercream, colorful coral details, sandy graham cracker accents, and topped with one of the most iconic SpongeBob moments ever, this cake was made to get a reaction before the first slice was even cut.

Custom cakes should feel personal. They should tell a story, spark a memory, and make people smile the second they see them.

We thought we made enough.

We were wrong.

Again.

Every time Banana Pudding Cake hits the table, it turns into a race. People grab one for themselves… then come back for a second. Some buy extras “just in case.” Others message us before the market even opens asking us to save them one.

And honestly? We get it.

Layers of Madagascar vanilla cake. Silky banana custard. Dulce de leche mousse. Fresh organic bananas. House-made vanilla wafer crumble.

Every spoonful tastes like the banana pudding you grew up loving—if it went off, got a glow-up, and became completely unreasonable.

Rich. Creamy. Nostalgic.

The kind of dessert that starts with, “I’ll just have a few bites.”

And ends with an empty jar and zero regrets.

These have become one of the most requested items we’ve ever made, and judging by the way they’ve been selling, we don’t expect that to change anytime soon.

Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our country. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It’s a moment to pause, reflect, and be grateful for the sacrifices made by so many families before us.

From our little corner of Neighborhood Bakeshop, we want to say thank you to all who served and to those who never made it home. Your courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Our Memorial Day shortbread cookies are headed to the market today and they may be the most fun thing on the table. Crisp vanilla shortbread, topped with royal icing and edible prints honoring the holiday weekend in the most nostalgic way possible.

From vintage-inspired Memorial Day graphics to patriotic watercolor designs, these were made to feel classic, timeless, and just a little bit Americana.

Perfect for cookouts, lake days, BBQ tables, or grabbing something sweet while walking the market this morning.

Our Boston Cream Doughnut starts with a soft brioche shell, filled with silky Madagascar vanilla cream, dipped in milk chocolate, finished with a milk chocolate buttercream swirl and crispy chocolate pearls for just the right bite.

Kinder Bueno doughnuts are back… and these things are absolutely dangerous.

Our brioche doughnuts are filled with silky hazelnut cream, dipped in milk chocolate, then coated in a candy crunch shell to mimic that iconic crispy bite of a Kinder Bueno. Finished with milk chocolate buttercream and a mini Kinder Bueno on top because restraint has never really been our thing.

Rich. Crispy. Creamy. Ridiculous.
These disappeared fast last time, so if you want one… don’t wait until noon.

Last week, nearly every single item on this menu sold out.

Not one or two things.
Almost all of it.

The doughnuts disappeared early.
The cloud buns vanished fast.
The banana pudding cake barely lasted.
The strawberry rhubarb tarts sold out again.
The sticky buns and kolaches were gone before market close.

So for Saturday, we’re coming back heavier.

Crème Brûlée. Boston Cream. Kinder Bueno. Blackberry Cheesecake. Churro Dulce de Leche.
Cloud buns filled with local strawberry jam and Madagascar vanilla diplomat cream.
Triple berry muffins. Morning buns. Sticky buns. Roasted garlic cheese swirls.
Banana pudding cake layered with banana custard, dulce de leche mousse, organic bananas, and house made nilla wafers.
And the “Best Ever” Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies that continue to disappear every single week.

Strawberry season doesn’t last forever.
And neither will these.

Our Strawberry Rhubarb Tarts are back this week and they might be one of the prettiest things we’ve ever put on the table. But don’t let the looks fool you. These are built for flavor first.

Buttery tart shell.
Madagascar vanilla custard.
Housemade strawberry rhubarb jam using strawberries from Marble Falls and rhubarb from Two Happy Children Farm.
Finished with chunks of strawberry pie crumb, and fresh strawberries on top.
