Alrighty folks, it is about that time that we close for our 4th of July vacation….Last year I opened on July 3rd for a quick day and I will be close enough to Roswell that I can drive back and open on Friday July 3rd with a VERY limited menu of iced cookies, petit fours and cheesestraws….still toying with the idea, but will enough people be in town to make it worth leaving the lake and cold beer??? Let me know so I can make a somewhat informed decision…

Alright folks, it has been a minute since my last post….We made it through another wonderful graduation season and now we are back to normal baking routine. I had time to make eclairs today so we do have those….I know it is late in the day so we will have a rainy Saturday special on eclairs, but you got to come see me to find out what the special is….

I had some extra custard so I made some hand held “Boston cream Pies”….I think they are great and might have to add them the menu….

I would like to apologize to folks that wanted MASTERS cookies this past weekend….I wasn’t prepared for that with the MASTERS being this week. We are usually able to accommodate all orders but I just wasn’t able to fill all our Easter orders and then pivot to MASTERS cookies, I do apologize for that….We will be able to shift gears this week and make all things for the MASTERS tournament….
