Alright folks, it has been a minute since my last post….We made it through another wonderful graduation season and now we are back to normal baking routine. I had time to make eclairs today so we do have those….I know it is late in the day so we will have a rainy Saturday special on eclairs, but you got to come see me to find out what the special is….

I had some extra custard so I made some hand held “Boston cream Pies”….I think they are great and might have to add them the menu….

I would like to apologize to folks that wanted MASTERS cookies this past weekend….I wasn’t prepared for that with the MASTERS being this week. We are usually able to accommodate all orders but I just wasn’t able to fill all our Easter orders and then pivot to MASTERS cookies, I do apologize for that….We will be able to shift gears this week and make all things for the MASTERS tournament….

All right, All right, All Right….here is what we got going on the next two weeks….This week is eclair week plus all the regular goodies….Next week for Easter we are making all the normal great Easter treats PLUS we will have Orange Chiffon cakes Friday April 3 and Saturday April 4…..
