Kitty's Sweets & Treats Making goodies for the incredibaly busy and non-bakers everywhere! I am particularly known for my Mother's Day Tea parties and Gingerbread House event.

Kitty is a nickname given to me when I lived in Alaska and I love sweets so naturally, a name was created! :D

I went to college at Paul Smiths College in the Adirondacks for Culinary Arts and Service Management and Sullivan County Community College for Advanced Pastissarie Arts. My knowledge includes confections, ice creams, breads and special dietary items (Diabetic, Gluten Free and Vegan) and i

nternational cuisine. I have worked for celebrities such as Jeff Corwin, Jimmy Fallon, Mario Batalli and was the personal Pastry Chef to the Prince of Arabia. I have worked in several locations in New York including the Historic Saranac Hotel, the former Alyeska Prince Hotel (now Alyeska Resort) in Girdwood Alaska and Kiawah Island Resort in Charleston South Carolina.
