Had a busy day Sunday...almost crushed myself in my garage (no really I’m all banged up) and then still managed to make a loaf of white bread, a loaf of rye bread, balsamic fig chicken and roasted sweet potatoes and (pictured below) roasted pork loin and lemony potatoes.

Firsts...first time making meringue frosting...first time making lemon curd...turned out pretty darn good. Got two thumbs up from the bride!!
