Mistakes were made this weekend 😳

I had a few loaves over-proof a bit too far. I was frustrated at first—I really do take pride in my baking. If you’re new here, baking is my love language.

I baked them anyway like I normally would, but they just weren’t my prettiest work and came out a little denser than I like.

I didn’t feel right selling them as bread, so I cubed them up instead… and turned a mistake into something good.

This weekend I’ll have sourdough croutons available:

🥖 Original (simple + sea salt)
🌿 Garlic Herb (big flavor)
🧀 Parmesan (savory and rich)

Very limited—only 3 bags of each flavor.
Not sure when I’ll make these again, so grab them while you can 💚

Shelf stable for a few weeks or freeze for longer storage

Y’all enjoy the XL cookies this weekend? It was a fun little treat for someone who just wants 1 or two.

These cookies turned out way better than I expected. They were soft in the middle with a nice chewy crisp on the edges.

Thank you so much, you guys have almost sold us out! I love getting to meet and chat with so many of you. Seeing regulars and getting to know you guys is always one of my favorite things about local markets
