Hey Everyone! I want to thank each and every person who has supported my little flower/bakery venture. As many of you know, I am also a mama to 4 little ones and we are a homeschool family. Because of this, I have decided that for this season, I will be putting my weekly baking to the side. I appreciate your understanding and hope to bake again for you soon! Bless you all.

My starter was happy bubby this morning! It was a busy dough day. 16 loaves of bread, 3 dozen bagels, many MANY cookies, some scones and some sandwich bread are all prepped for tomorrow's bake day. I will be at the mall from 3:30 - 5:30 in the afternoon (Thursday, October 24)!

The next two weeks I will be gone for our fall hunting trip to Montana. So come grab your goodies to hold you over until we return. I look forward to seeing you all there!

Tomorrow is dough day! Starter and levain are fed and are already bubblin’. This is the beginning of 16 loaves!
In other fun news, I got a new label maker. It was fun figuring out how it works and getting it up and running. No more printing out multiple labels on the inkjet! Stay tuned for this weeks goodies list!

This last week has been a busy one with the frost coming and the garden needing to be cleared of anything frost tender. With the help of my mom, I was able to get all the flowers gathered up that needed to be dried to make wreaths and other fun things this winter. Thank you to all who purchased bouquets from me this summer! The flowers are truly one of my favorite parts of summer.

With fall settling in and crisp, dark mornings making their appearance, it is time for baking and the holidays! I have the cookie doughs chilling in the fridge and all my bread loaves have been shaped (do you like the mess that they leave on my table?) and are doing their thing tucked away in the fridge as well. I am trying my hand at some pumpkin cinnamon rolls this week and as always, bagels.

I will be at the Rolette Mall (by the grocery store and pharmacy) in the main area from 3:30 - 5:30 tomorrow. The library is open at the same time so grab a book and come see me :)

Great news! I have been given permission to set up a table and sell in the Rolette Mall (by the grocery store and Rolette Library) on Thursdays from 3:30 - 5:30. Today is the day when all the prep work begins! I will be selling all of the normal goodies: Sourdough Breads, Sourdough Bagels, Cookies and Fresh Pasta. Let me know if you want something specific or just come see me on Thursday. I look forward to seeing you all!

I am busy baking away today and am offering the following for pickup or delivery in Rolette tomorrow, Tuesday, October 1. I can meet you for pickup in front of the Farmer’s Market building (by the Village Cafe and Bank) at 5:00 or drop off if you live/work in town.

Sourdough Bread: Round or Loaf Shape $8

Sourdough Bagels: $2 per bagel (packages of 4 or more)
-Plain, Everything, Poppy Seed bagels available. Let me know by tomorrow morning for specific flavor

Cookies: 5 for $5 ($1 per cookie, larger orders available)
-Double Chocolate White Chip, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Chocolate Chip

Fresh Homemade Pasta (Fettuccini - 2 Servings) $10
