It’s been awhile since I’ve posted so thank you to those that are still here!! This year was filled with a great promotion at work and lots of travel for fun and work. Thankfully things have finally calmed down and I am ready to kick off 2026 with a bang. I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas with their family and friends.

Happy Sunday!! I am working on the calendar for the next couple of months and it’s going to be busy. Spring sports and traveling are gearing up so this spring will be limited orders so please reach out sooner than later to get on the calendar for your event. Thank you all for another amazing year. Made these cute DIY kits for a birthday party. Each friend got their own box with cookies and icing to decorate with.
If you are looking for a fun activity to do these can be customized for the colors and shapes.

Made these headshot cookies as a joke for my husbands job. Needless to say they got a kick out of these at the owner/architect meeting 😂. Did you all know that I have this new employee Eddie, he is pretty awesome and can print any image directly onto the cookies.

Hi guys and gals! This is my sweet little family. I’ve been married to my best friend Josh 11 years this December. Mama to these two cuties Oliver (3.5 yrs) and Beau (17 months). This journey started when I was on maternity leave and wanted to find a new hobby. I found myself intrigued and drawn into the world of decorating sugar cookies. I made them for family and friends for holidays. Fast forward 2 years later on maternity leave and I was once again watching and reading all about cookies during those long nights with a newborn. I talked with several people through instagram about my cookies and how they thought I should start selling them. I never thought that anyone would be interested in buying cookies from me. Yet here we are a year later and I am so thankful I took that leap of faith. What started as a fun hobby and me pushing myself to try something new turned into a new found love and creative outlet. So many have asked where I came up with the name for the business. Well, fun fact I didn’t :) my hubby did. As with all things he is creative regardless of what he thinks. We wanted the name to be something that meant something to us and included the family somehow. Oliver Grayson and Beau Nicholas are our boys names. So we pulled from both of their names and this is how we came to have Nicholas Gray Bakery.
