Happy birthday to my husband! 🫶🏼 This cake was an extra special one to make!

Three layers of chocolate goodness from bottom to top: a rich chocolate cake base, Oreo cheesecake, and a creamy cookies & cream mousse — all covered in a whipped chocolate ganache frosting. Finished off with Oreos and chocolate chips for the perfect sweet touch! 🍫✨

Summer is quickly approaching ☀️ and this strawberry crunch cheesecake is the perfect treat for any get-together! 🍓✨

This cheesecake features a creamy strawberry-filled center, a buttery vanilla cookie crust, and is topped with that classic strawberry crunch—so much flavor in every bite!

I made this for our mom life group at church last night, and it was a hit!

This 1/2 sheet cake brought the best of both worlds—half rich red velvet, half classic vanilla—covered in smooth cream cheese frosting and finished with a fun pop of blue. Paired with vanilla and chocolate cupcakes topped with buttercream, it made the perfect setup for a crowd!
