Chocolate chip cookies. There are hundreds if not thousands of recipes claiming to be the ābest everā choc chip cookie. But what makes a choc chip cookie the best, is highly subjective. Some folks love thin & crispy, or thick & gooey, milk vs dark choc chips, nuts or no nuts, etc etcā¦
I worked for about a year on this recipe until it became our familyās ābest everā choc chip cookie & I figured at least a few people out there would love them too. āŗļø
Theyāre uniquely crisp & gooey. Made with organic butter, organic flour, organic local farm egg yolks (helps give their rich texture & golden color), more brown sugar than white, pink Himalayan sea salt, a touch of vanilla extract & tapioca flour for chewiness + 2 types of chocolate chips: 46% semisweet & 55% organic Akoma semisweet š¤
