My due date is coming up so quickly, and it’s almost time for me to step away from the kitchen for a little while! I will be accepting orders through April 30th, and then taking a break to welcome my sweet baby and adjust to mom life 🤍

I’m hoping to be back by mid-August, but I’ll keep you all updated along the way!

That being said — I’m completely open for orders this month, so let’s get you booked for something sweet before I go on maternity leave! ✨

I figured it was about time for a little reintroduction now that we have so many new faces here — and it’s been a while!

My name is Freedom, and I started Comstock Cookie Co. on August 19, 2024. What began as a way to help cover medical bills while my husband and I were navigating infertility (along with some other health challenges) quickly turned into something so much more.

What started as a hobby became my dream job. And here I am, almost two years later, still baking homemade, homestyle cookies and treats and serving the sweetest community I could ask for.

Now, as I prepare to welcome our rainbow baby in May 2026, I’m getting ready to balance motherhood and business ownership — learning how to be a mama for the first time while continuing to grow this little business that means so much to me.
