McElligott’s Mouthwatering Mints My grandma, Alice McElligott, would make cream cheese mints for any and every occasion. As a little girl I watched and helped my grandma make them.

Since she has passed, I have carried on the tradition and make them as she did.

The last few months have been busy! A coworker had a Winnie the Pooh baby shower. My oldest niece turned one and had a Holy Cow I’m One party. My youngest nephew turned two and had a Cars party. I had a Rock Falls High School graduation. Most recently there was a wedding.
