Tip- hold the stencil in place by using pins on a cold cake. (Don't worry, pins are thoroughly washed and only used for cakes!)

My favorite desi dessert is definitely a gulab jamun. And these gourmet fusion gulab jamun cupcakes hit the spot! The cupcake has a cardamom base, which is drenched with gulab jamun syrup, topped with saffron buttercream, then sprinkled with ground pistachios and dried rose petals! Grab yours!

I had the pleasure of creating this dessert table (minus the umblatna) for an Ameen party. This was my largest order to date with the 2 tiered cake, 7 dozen cupcakes, and 4 dozen rice crispy treats! Alhumdulillah, loved it! The sleeping beauty turquoise matched the guest of honor's outfit.
