Lights & Delights Event Update:

Due to the weather, tonight’s Lights & Delights event has been cancelled. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. While we’re disappointed that the donut truck cannot be rescheduled this year, we still encourage everyone to join in the holiday fun!

You can still participate in our Holiday Light Scavenger Hunt:

- Download the attached map
- Tour the neighborhood lights
- Complete the scavenger hunt
- Vote for your favorite decorated home

All completed entries will be entered into a prize drawing, and the home with the most votes will also receive a special prize.

Please email your completed form to [email protected] by December 31. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you enjoy the lights and holiday spirit throughout the season! 🎄✨

Hey Fairview Families! Here is our winter newsletter!

Reminder to drivers:
As the snow starts falling, the roads get a little slippery, and it gets darker earlier, please slow down in the subdivision. Lots of people are still walking and running on the streets so please be on the lookout and drive safely.

For walkers and joggers:
If you are running or walking while it’s dark, please wear light and/or reflective clothing or carry a flashlight to shine down on the road to help those driving see you better.

Let’s keep our subdivision a safe place!

Hey Fairview Families!! Here is our Fall Newsletter. This will also be emailed through the portal for everyone signed up for that (which I highly recommend) and sent with your voting ballot through snail mail.

To keep us all up on whats happening in Fairview Farms, newsletters will be quarterly (so expect another one at the beginning of December) but anything that comes up in between will be posted here and sent through the portal.

To help with communication and getting the word out, please encourage your neighbors to join this group and the portal. Those are the quickest ways to get information out to our community.
